MyParcel is available in Belgium and the Netherlands. The platform and this wiki is available in English and in Dutch.

Easy installation

Connecting MyParcel with EasyWebshop is easy and can be done by a non technical person in just a few minutes.




Create a MyParcel account  Connect with webshop

Settings at MyParcel

In your MyParcel account at Shop settings > General you can find your MyParcel API key.
Copy this key by selecting it and right click Copy. Alternatively you can use the CTRL+C keyboard combination or click the copy icon at the right side of the field.

Settings at EasyWebshop

On EasyWebshop, navigate to Settings > More options > Apps > MyParcel andclick Install. Paste you MyParcel API Key and check if it was copied correctly without extra spaces.
Select the shipping methods you want to connect.

Pick up at collection point

Connect the shipping method Pickup at collection point to allow your customers to choose a nearby collection point on a map.


Optional

At Carrier you can set the shipping carrier. These are the options:

1. PostNL
2. bpost. Only available on sendmyparcel.be
3. CheapCargo/pallets
4. DPD
8. UPS. Only available on MyParcel.nl
9. DHL For You
10. DHL Parcel Connect
11. DHL Europlus

Only enter the number (not the name!) without addition spaced in front or after.
You can also set this per country, for example: BE=1,DE=4
On misconfiguration option 1 (PostNL) will be chosen by default. There is no error message; this is to prevent that customer would be hindered during checkout.

Your customers can complete their order without completing  the MyParcel procedure. It is not obligated because customers sometimes get trapped in the pop-up, leading to failed orders. If you enter the keyword ShippingAppObligated in the field Extra parameters, your customers will be obligated to complete the shipping connection.
